Natural Resources

Richard began his career at a Salt Lake City natural resources firm and has done natural resource work throughout his 50-year career, with a significant focus on oil, gas, and mining title work across Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, and Arizona. He has prepared title opinions involving complex fee mineral ownership as well as federal and state leases, along with related water right work for natural resource projects and developments.
